DMCA Takedown Policy

Helo.ai, a platform operated by VivaConnect Private Limited (“Helo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and Clients to do the same. This DMCA Takedown Policy (“Policy”) is established in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and outlines our process for responding to claims of alleged copyright infringement occurring on or through the Helo.ai platform.

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative of one, and you believe that content available on the Helo.ai platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written Takedown Notice that must include the following elements:

• A clear and specific identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• A description of the location of the allegedly infringing content (e.g., URL, campaign ID, dashboard reference);
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement, made in good faith, asserting that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
